About Us
Lazy Cat Glass is a brand of Degenhardt Glass Studio. We create handmade glass pieces, and each one is a little unique. We do our very best to represent our work as accurately as possible. If you are unsure about a purchase please connect with us beforehand to receive more photos.We want you to be thrilled when you receive one of our artworks!
Products
All of our items are handmade, so slight differences in color, shape, or size are totally normal — that’s part of what makes each piece unique and special. Such variations are inherent to handmade goods and do not constitute defects.
Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if needed. If that happens, we’ll reach out and refund you.
Shipping
We do our best to ship orders quickly, but once your package is with the carrier, delays are out of our control. If your order is in stock we will do our best to ship within a week following your purchase date. If the item that you ordered is not in stock please allow 4-6 weeks for us to make the piece and ship it to you. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Per FedEx requirements a Direct Signature is required on all packages valued at $500 or more. Please open and inspect all shipped orders within 10 days of arrival.
Custom Orders
Time to make custom orders can vary quite a bit depending on the scope and our current workload. We will do our best to give you an accurate time frame at the time of order however as a general rule please allow up to 12 weeks for your custom order to be ready. This does not include shipping time. Please open and inspect the contents of your shipment within 10 days.
Please double-check your shipping info — we can’t be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
Returns & Damages
Because our items are handmade, all sales are final unless something arrives damaged.
If your order shows up broken:
- Let us know within 10 days.
- Send photos of the item and packaging
For claims purposes all shipped boxes must be opened and inspected within 10 days of arrival. Any damaged pieces will be replaced if we are notified within the 10 day time frame, if outside that 10 days, items will not be replaced or refunded.

Please don’t use our site or products for anything illegal or harmful.
